SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
A Diamond in the North LLC is determined to get you your product ASAP! We will send out confirmation emails, followed by an email when we ship your purchase notifying you when we have shipped your purchase. Please be patient during these times as shipping processes can take longer than expected with the COVID pandemic. Thank you so much for understanding!
Return policy: You must report any damages within 4 days of receiving your merchandise or it cannot be returned. Returns/exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us within 4 days of receiving order if you wish to return or exchange. We do not issue refunds. We do however issue store credit in the form of a gift card either sent to you via email or put onto a gift card in store. Shipping will not be refunded if there is an exchange or return, unless there is an item that has been damaged while in transit or defective. Items that are marked with sale or final sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
